How to submit documents
You may submit documents in one of the following ways:
- Original notarized documents (with apostille or red ribbon): Upload them to the Healthcare Professions Portal and also send them by registered mail to the Nursing Division at: Ministry of Health, 39 Yirmiyahu St., P.O. Box 1176, Jerusalem 9101002.
- Electronically notarized documents: Upload them to the Healthcare Professions Portal only (no mailing required).
After submission, you will receive confirmation of receipt and notification that your application has moved to the review stage.
Important
- Direct submission of documents from universities to the Nursing Division eliminates the need for notarization.
- You are fully responsible for uploading all required documents.
After your application documents are received, the Nursing Division will review your international nursing education to determine whether it meets the education and professional standards required in Israel. You will be notified of the decision after the review is completed. If needed, you may be asked to attend a personal interview or submit additional documents.
Processing time: up to 45 business days (according to the service standard).
Please note: If there is any concern at any stage of the review process regarding the authenticity of the submitted documents or information, professional recognition in nursing may be revoked.
