Information on fees for immigrant nurses and international graduates:
When you enroll to the exam, you must pay the licensure examination fee.
The fee for a practical nurse exam is 285 NIS.
The fee for a registered nurse exam is 385 NIS.
Pay via Postal Bank or make a money transfer.
The bank account to transfer the fee to: Postal Bank Ministry of Health, 001 Jerusalem, account number 0-025961
Please scan or photocopy the proof of payment and keep it for the enrollment process; then upload it the Healthcare Professionals Portal (Hebrew).
Once you receive the notice from the Department of Nursing Licensure Exams, pay 100 NIS for the interim license via Postal Bank or make a money transfer.

Please scan or photocopy the proof of payment and upload it the Healthcare Professionals Portal (Hebrew).
Once the Nursing Division decides you a permanent license, the Nursing Division will send a request of payment of the permanent license fee. Please pay 150 NIS via Postal Bank or make a money transfer.
The bank account to transfer the fee to: Postal Bank Ministry of Health, 001 Jerusalem, account number 0-025961.
Please scan or photocopy the proof of payment and upload it the Healthcare Professionals Portal (Hebrew).
To get a copy of a license or certificate, you must pay a fee of 150 NIS.
Please make a money transfer to: Postal Bank Ministry of Health, 001 Jerusalem, account number 0-025961
Send a proof of payment, mention your name, I.D. card number, what license you want a copy of, an I.D. card photocopy, and your postal address, to the relevant email address as specified below:
- Practical or registered nurse license: siud.registration@MOH.GOV.IL
- Advanced nursing course certificate: siud_ab@MOH.HEALTH.GOV.IL
- Clinical nurse specialist certificate: siud-pituah@moh.gov.il
Registered mail with the copy will be sent to your address of record.
