If you completed your nursing education abroad and have received professional recognition from the Nursing Division, you may participate in an online orientation module covering topics specific to Israel's healthcare system, as well as the laws, regulations, and professional directives governing nursing practice in Israel.
About the orientation module
The orientation module is designed to familiarize participants with the structure of Israel's healthcare system and the laws, regulations, and professional directives required for practice as a registered nurse in Israel.
The module includes:
- An introduction to Israel's healthcare system.
- Core legislation and professional guidelines.
- Information about the legal status of registered nurses in Israel.
Access to the module is available after receiving approval from the Nursing Division.
How to use the orientation module
- The module is completed independently using a computer.
- The module is available in six languages: Hebrew, Arabic, English, Russian, French, and Spanish.
- A quick user guide is available in each language.
Access the orientation module (we recommend using the Chrome browser).
Login details
You can access the orientation module using the personal login credentials provided by the Nursing Division:
- Username: Your Israeli identity card number.
- Password: The last six digits of your Israeli identity card number.
Important: Login credentials are personal and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
Completing the module
You must log in to the module, study the materials independently, and then complete the examination.
Practice examination
Upon completion of the module, you may take a practice examination consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions based on the module content.
The module and the practice examination may be completed multiple times.
