Ofir, son of Dina Yeruchin, a nurse in the Surgical Department at Schneider Children’s Medical Center.

19-year Ofir served in the 13th Battalion of the Golani Brigade at the time of his death, was a hero who protected his friends until his death.
A loving, dedicated son, a good friend and a tremendous leader. Ofir was killed in the line of duty in a display of personal responsibility, love of the country and love of his people.
Ofir gave his life, defending his unit members with honor and bravery.
