What to do if you forget your password
If your access to the portal has been blocked, follow these steps.
To enroll to an exam, log in to the Healthcare Professionals Portal (Hebrew) and enter a username or identity number and your password.
If your access has been blocked because you forgot the password, follow these steps:
- Click "Forgot / change password"
- In the following screen, enter your identity number and your phone number or e-mail
- A verification code will be sent to you, enter it, and answer the verification question that you selected when you signed in
- Enter a new password
