Knowledge Supplementation for Internationally Educated Nurses
For registered nurses after their credentials have been verified
For registered nurses after their credentials have been verified
The program is designed to teach nurses about certain practices that are unique to Israel.
The program becomes available after your credentials are verified by the Nursing Division. If you pass the online test at the end of the course, you will be eligible to enroll to the State Nursing Board Licensure Examination for registered nurses in Israel. The program is online; you can complete it independently, on a PC, in one of the six available languages: Hebrew, Arabic, English, Russian, French, or Spanish. For each language, you can also find a short user guide.
The course includes an overview of the healthcare system in Israel, the most relevant laws, the legal status, and professional standards of a registered nurse in Israel.
To view the course, use (preferably) Internet Explorer or Chrome.
You can read the study material and take the test taken as many times as you need to pass.
The program score will be automatically transmitted to the Department of Nursing Licensure Exams. A few days after receiving a passing score, you will get a notice to take the State Nursing Board Licensure Examination. Only after receiving the notice, registration for the State Nursing Board Licensure Examination will be enabled.
NOTE
If at any stage during evaluation and after it, there is any indication that the documents are inaccurate or provide false information, your application will be denied.
The short user guide is translated into five languages explaining how to log in to the online portal, view the study material, and take the online test.
