Leading innovation in nursing through research processes
The array has set its goal to conduct policy studies whose findings shall constitute as evidence-based proof for the construction of processes and for responding to key issues in the field of healthcare. The knowledge that arises from the analysis of the studies' findings contributes significantly to policymaking processes, both with regard to professional development and to the public's healthcare.
The array sees great importance in initiating and deepening research-oriented collaborations with professionals in the clinical field, in nurse training facilities and in academia, in order to facilitate the planning and execution of studies that are used as empirical basis for policymaking in nursing in the State of Israel. Concurrently, the array also promoted international collaborations in the fields of policy, research and education with a view to professionally benefit nurses, population health and healthcare systems all over the world.
