Do you need a copy of your certificate? Please send us a request and adhere to the instructions below:
Request a copy of a certificate of registered or practical nurses
The processing cost is 150 NIS, which you must pay.
What do you have to do
- Make a money transfer to Postal Bank, Branch 001, Jerusalem, Account No. 0-025961.
- Contact the Nursing Division after payment: send an email to the relevant address (see below) and mention your name, I.D. number, type of certificate, and mailing address. Attach also a photocopy of your I.D. and the payment confirmation.
- Wait for your copy: the copy will be mailed to your home address by registered mail once all the necessary information has been submitted..
