Naomi was born in the kibbutz of Kfar Blum and joined Kfar Aza in the 1960s as the kibbutz nurse.
During most of her years as a nurse, Noami balanced her work as a nurse in the kibbutz and her work in the NICU of Soroka Medical Center, where she worked until she retired.
After her retirement, Noami continued to volunteer in the NICU at Soroka, which became a second home for her.
