I enjoy seeing the smile on the faces of the patients who walk out pleased with the treatment and care that they receive.
All my life I knew that I want to be a leader and to help people and I didn’t know how. Until the day that I was hospitalized and I saw what is the nurses' work. Then I knew that this is my profession for life and that I'm going to be a leader in it.
I have completed a bachelor's degree in nursing and I have been accepted to the job. I am filled with feelings of happiness and meaning every day when I see people who have been relieved, and that they are pleased with the treatment that I've given them. It is important for me to accept each and every patient as a human being, regardless of who stands before me and where they come to me from.
Currently I work as a nursing administrator in Clalit HMO clinic in Ganei Aviv, Lod. Over the course of my work as a Registered Nurse, I am faced with different challenges each day. I managed the COVID-19 facility during the first few waves and currently I train teams of physicians and nurses. Concurrently with this position, I also work in the HMO's urgent care center in Rishon LeZion.
I really love the nursing profession and helping others. I come in to work day with great feelings of empathy and compassion for others. I enjoy seeing the smile on the faces of the patients who walk out pleased with the treatment and care that they receive.
