In the hospitals I was first exposed to the work and the contribution of the nursing staff to human life and well-being
I, Danil Abdullah, Professional Academic Office (PAO), am resident of the village of Kisra-Sumei. Over the course of my studies in the Interdisciplinary Al-Wijdan High School, I studied in the health sciences and chemistry program. I visited hospitals as part of the study program, where I was first exposed to the work and the contribution of the nursing staff to human life and well-being. Following that visit, I decided that I wanted to be a nurse as part of the IDF's academic reserve corps.
At the age of 18 I was admitted to "Pisga" program for IDF nurses. I studied for a bachelor's degree in nursing, B.S.N., in Haifa University. Subsequently, I
joined an advanced course in first-line military medicine. Upon completion of the advanced course, I started a medical officers course (MOC) for regiment nurses in the Army Medical School (BAHAD 10) for a period of two months, and completed the course with distinction.
Currently I serve as a first-line nurse in the Paratroopers Commando as part of a new project led by the medical-military array and staff to improve the quality of medicine in the IDF.
