About the Department of Information and Data Systems
The vision of the Nursing Division is oriented toward the creation of digital innovation that is based on information and data infrastructures and on the insights drawn from them that have a central and main influence on the services that the Division provides.
The Division's efforts are dedicated, among other things, to finding digital solutions tailor-made for different audiences: the nurses' public in the State of Israel, nursing students, graduates of overseas nursing programs, new immigrants who seek recognition of their status as registered nurses in Israel, other professionals and the general public.
According to the Nursing Division's philosophy, placing emphasis on the development, introduction and implementation of essential digital platforms will improve service accessibility, service quality and the professionalism of the treating staff, and will also make them optimally suitable for end users.

Roles of the Department of Information and Data Systems
- Developing and implementing infrastructures for direct communication and creating a network for communication with various target audience.
- Building and redesigning the Nursing Division's website.
- Managing nurses' communities in the clinical fields.
- Changing the grade publishing method and the license issuing method.
- Managing the Division's website and adapting it to meet users' needs.
- Introducing and implementing the Nursing Division's strategic plan and work plans.
- Branding and marketing the nursing profession, including planning, producing and managing several International Nurses' Day events in Israel.
- Launching the recruiting campaign for the "Academic Nurse's" profession, managing the information on social media (Facebook, Instagram).
• Producing learning, training, publication and marketing materials.
