Course of study
The course of study for Accelerated BSN Nursing Program lasts about two and a half years, designed for those who have an accredited and verified academic degree, and are interested in a second career to practice as a registered nurse. The syllabus includes nursing core classes (Hebrew) and consists of multidisciplinary subjects dealing with natural and social sciences, as well as theoretical and practical courses in the field of nursing.
Funding
It is possible to receive a scholarship on behalf of the Ministry of Health (subject to the Ministry of Health's approval) – for further information about tuition and scholarships of the Ministry of Health.
Licensure of registered nurses
You have to finish the curriculum approved by the Chief Nursing Officer of Israel and meet the admission requirements before you can take the license exam. You also need to show proof that you have a bachelor's degree that got you admitted and that you graduated.
After successfully passing the government licensure examination, you will be granted a registered nurse certificate, which will allow you to work immediately in the field.
