Did you take the state licensure examination but failed? You can retest.
If you retest, the exam content will be according to the curriculum and the mandatory bibliography of the examination to which you re-enroll.
- Graduates of nursing studies in Israel can retest within three calendar years from the day of the exam that they did not pass (for example, if your first exam took place on September 2017, you can retest until the end of 2019).
- Graduates of international nursing studies can retest if satisfying eligibility criteria set at nursing care credentials, on condition that their eligibility for retesting does not expire at the time of retesting.
- Those with temporary resident permits can retest, on condition that their eligibility for retesting does not expire and their permits are valid at the time of retesting, and retesting has been recorded in the Nursing Division system. To get recorded by the system, send a copy of a valid form of identification to siud.test@moh.gov.il.
- Graduates of post basic courses – retesting dates depend on a minimum number of participants and in compliance with exam dates set by the Nursing Division.
