Under the copyright laws in force in Israel and international conventions, the copyrights of the Ministry’s publications, including those published through this service, belong to the State of Israel.
These copyrights cover, among other things, text, photos, illustrations, maps, audio clips, video clips, graphics, and software applications (hereafter: protected material), unless it is explicitly stated that the copyrights of the protected material belong to another party.
Users may make "fair use" of protected material according to the rules established by law. Fair use includes reasonable quotation of the protected material.
The person quoting must cite the source of the quotation, whether it is the Ministry or another party.

Translations
Ministry of Health website pages are translated into several foreign languages, and the site team publishes these translations for public access. The translations aim to be faithful to the original Hebrew, but we acknowledge that they may be inaccurate, unclear, or incomplete compared to the Hebrew version.
