Uri, brother of Tzofia Zaguri, a nurse in the maternity ward at Shaare Zedek Medical Center, fell in the battle in Kissufim on Simchat Torah. He was 22.
Son of Yehoshua and Shuli, husband of Miriam and father of Roi.

Uri studied at the Dimona yeshiva and was a lieutenant in the 51st Battalion of the Golani Brigade.

As his might in the yeshiva and his faith in God, so was his heroism in the army as a public defender, warrior, and commander.
