Orly was a community nurse from the southern district of Clalit Health Services. In her last position, Orly was the director of nursing at Assaf Harofeh Clinic in Ashkelon, which she promoted to impressive achievements.

A woman of many talents, Orly served as assistant to the district manager, as director of nursing at the consulting clinic in Ashkelon, and as a nurse at the town clinics.
In addition to her many duties, Orly assisted in training nurses and in professional supervision of the nursing staff.
