Elroy, the fourth son of Rafael and Iris, and brother of Uriah Yahel and Neorah, grew up in Beit She'an. He was drafted into the Border Defense Corps, serving in the combat intelligence unit as a member of the team operating observation balloons.

He was a sociable, creative and energetic boy, much loved by his friends, quiet and modest. Played several musical instruments, loved video editing and graphic design and displayed extraordinary talent in the digital field.
